LLE Consulting facilitates Project Management for Contractors Training. This training focuses on growing better contracting and subcontractor businesses by establishing and implementing project management and contracting strategies, tools, and techniques for project execution. 

 

LLE Consulting facilitates the Business Contract Professional (BCP) Master Series, developed by the Women Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project (WEOP) in Atlanta, Georgia. The BCP Master Series is a federal government contracting training program that prepares contractors for work in the federal government marketplace and assist the Small Business Administration (SBA) in developing SBA 8(a) Ready Contractors and Subcontractors.

Our focus is on developing Small, Women, and Minority Business Enterprises (SWMBEs) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) firms that have been in business for over three (3) years. We assist them with developing a strategic growth plan to build core business and financial capabilities, contracting capacity, and the ability to perform and sustain work in the government marketplace.

LLE Consulting provides entrepreneurship training to adults, young adults, and our youth. We partner with local business advisors, consultants, and coaches to teach our community about entrepreneurship.
