LLE Consulting partners with Prime Contractors, Organizations, Agencies, and Community Leaders interested in collaborating with Small, Women, Minority Business Enterprises (SWMBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) for procurement opportunities. We work with small business owners and entrepreneurs, in a Business Development capacity, to market their businesses directly to the Prime Contractors, Organizations, Agencies, and Community Leaders seeking their services for Joint Ventures, Teaming Agreements, and Mentor-Protege opportunities.

For example, if a Prime Contractor is seeking a small, women, and/or minority business enterprise to team with in order to meet procurement requirements and goals, or just as a good jesture to support the small business contractor and owner, LLE Consulting makes the connection. In addition, as a connector, we hosts public outreach events to provide exposure for our clients. The public outreach events brings Prime and Subcontractors, Consultants, and/or SWMBEs and DBEs to the table to meet and develop a working relationship for teaming.
